From 21:00 to midnight, only members can book last-minute tickets. After midnight, remaining seats open to the public. This gives members the best selection and best prices before anyone else.

Partner theatres and cultural venues release unsold seats 24-48 hours before the event. These seats are offered exclusively to KulturTonight members before becoming publicly available.

Yes. You will receive email notifications when new last-minute offers go live. Push notifications will be added later via our mobile app.

No. All offers are available via the website. A mobile app will be introduced later.

Your ticket is sent instantly by email in PDF format (or mobile ticket if supported by the venue). All major cultural venues in Switzerland accept mobile tickets.

In most cases, no. You can simply show the QR code on your phone at entry. If a venue requires printed tickets, it will be stated clearly on the event page.

Due to the last-minute nature of these offers, all bookings are final. Tickets cannot be refunded, exchanged, or modified. This is standard for last-minute seat releases.

Yes, unless restricted by the venue or event. Some last-minute offers may be limited to a maximum number per user.
